Early check-in is possible depending on room availability.

If early check-in is not possible, guests are welcome to leave luggage with Mahi-Mahi until the villa becomes available.       

Late Check-in If you intend to check-in after 6pm Mahi-Mahi can arrange an airport-transfer. Some taxi drivers may not be familiar with our location, thus we prefer Local Bingin taxi drivers to chauffer our guests.                                                                      

Check-out time 11:00am

Luggage may be left at our villa storeage area until 3pm on day of departure. A late check-out is possible dependant on availability, charged at the rate of one full nights stay.

GETTING AROUND: 

Bali’s Bukit Peninsula, on the South-West Coast of the island offers a sense of peace and seclusion in this less populated part of the island.

The best way to explore the local area is by scooter/moped with rates beginning at 70,000 IDR per day. The best local beaches;  Padang-Padang, Uluwatu and Balangan to name a few, are more acessible this way, as are many of the best cafes and restraunts.

Cars, MPV’s, Family Mini Vans can easily be rented for short and long term periods starting from around 200,000 – 350,000 IDR per day. Just ask the staff and all your transportation needs will be taken care of.

The services of a private chauffer/driver can easily be arranged with set prices per hour/day. Bingin has it’s own community of reliable and friendly taxi drivers who will take care of you, other local taxis are not permitted to pick-up in the area.

Mahi-Mahi is perfectly located so guests can easily walk and take full advantage of Bingin and Dreamland Beach, cfes, restaurants, Spas, Yoga and fitness, Convenience stores and laundry facilities.

SOUNDS: 

Mahi-Mahi is situated in a peaceful seaside rural village, hence guests will be able to enjoy the sounds of geckos, free range chickens and the occasional dog. Please note on Thursday evenings the Cashew Tree Cafe has some live tunes playing up until midnight which yom may here a little, please keep this in mind if booking for a Thursday night.

MONEY:

It is a good idea to change only a small amount of foreign currency to Indonesian Rupiah, maybe $50 Aud/Usd/Euro.

The best money changer outlets to use are PT Central Kuta Money Exchange, PT. DIRGAHAYU VALUTA PRIMA and BMC Money Changer.

There are plenty of ATM’s at the airport and there are ATM’s nearby at the Padang-Padang 24-hour Minimart. The Nirmala Shopping centre in Ungasan at the Balangan turn off also has ATM’s.
